Staff was very friendly
We had no warm water in the morning Pool is closed from 1pm-3pm No breakfast left at 9:15am View from room is nice except for large electricity pole (as expected, not to be seen on pictures) Guests ( a lot) from a certain country were very present at poolside Even staff complained to us about shortage of personnel.

The hotel has a good location in a scenic part of town and not far from the center. the rooms are spacious and decorated with nice furniture. the breakfast is abundant and tasty, with plenty of options to choose from.
The hotel is situated on a busy road, which made it very difficult to sleep at night. the noise from the cars and motorcycles passing by was constant and kept us awake.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast buffet. Free parking. The hotel is outside of the centre of Arco but it is an easy walk away. The hotel does not have a restaurant but there are some nice restaurants in the centre of Arco so this is not a problem.

This modern Italian style hotel is a great option for a budget traveller. Located near a wine factory, it offers a unique experience for wine enthusiasts. the clean rooms have comfortable beds and a balcony with beautiful views of the mountains. the friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service. the refreshing pool and gym offer relaxation and fitness options. the breakfast buffet is plentiful and includes homemade cakes. the hotel also provides guests with free parking and Wi-Fi.
The fitness room may not have enough equipment for a complete workout.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the location was great, close to transportation and the centre.

Modern and clean hotel with friendly staff and a good gym. The breakfast had a nice selection, and the pool area was enjoyable with a hot shower. The location was convenient for those who are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay.
The rooms were a little too small, and there were not enough electric outlets. The wifi was not consistent and had to be logged in multiple times.
